Alone in the Loop

Tell the story of a lonely time traveler as they explore variations of the same sequence over and over again, searching for a way to change their fate and contending with how the loop changes them irrevocably.

Alone in the Loop is a solo journaling game about the isolation, hope, and despair of a time traveler caught in a loop. It's inspired by the tragic time loop sequences from two particular 2011 anime.

It is a hack of Alone Among the Stars by Takuma Okada.

The game uses a standard deck of 52 cards and can be played in about 30 - 90 minutes depending on pace and preference.
