PHOTOMANCERS

We all know how crowded everything gets during the holidays. Here you are thinking you can get just a little bit more shopping done, and it turns out to be a total nightmare...

PHOTOMANCERS is a one page (double-sided, still counts) holiday game to share with friends or family as you unwind at the end of the year. You can play it with virtually no materials at all besides the printed game and each player's smartphone.

As you explore the Midnight Mall (a surreal labyrinth that resembles a typical modern shopping mall), you'll solve problems by performing PHOTOMANCY: find photos on your phone, share them with fellow players, and then summon the contents of those photos to help you progress through the mall.

The game can be played with 2 or more players, though it's best with no more than 7 or 8. It can generally be played in under an hour, especially with smaller groups. The printable version folds into a quarter-page book: fold top-to-bottom first, then left-to-right.
